MY TRAINING



I usually train 5-6 days a week counting cardio. In the off season I like to do each bodypart by itself so that I can really kill it, with the exception of arms, which I train together. I switch it up once in awhile when I start to plateau, that is when I feel I am not making any more gains or getting bored.

I love to do shoulders and biceps together due to such an awesome pump. I love training shoulder and legs the best.


My Favorite Things

-Favorite color: pink

-Favorite Food: steak with blue cheese and loaded baked potatoe and ceasar salad and also of course pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni

-Favorite Sweet: sweet potatoe pie and ben and jerry's chubby hubby ice cream

-Favorite Romantic Night: a quiet dinner somewhere and then watching movie in front of the fire and a shared bubble bath

-Favorite Place to Travel: I love Rosarito Beach in Mexico

-Favorite Activities: I love to hike and camp in the mountains, and also to lay on the beach all day with a cooler of food and a good book

-Favorite Book: Desperation by Stephen King

-Favorite Movie: I love dumb comedies like anything with ben stiller or will ferrell and The Shining

-Favorite Music: Alternative music
